have had this Instinct Crossover now for just about a month, and am still finding new things that it does. I received this the day before leaving for a trekking trip to Mexico, absolutely perfect!! Thankful I didnt need it in a survival situation but have no doubt it would perform for me in any situation. Better than my Tissot Touch, Casio and all my other watches

Like most functions but the display could be brighter given the black background. Could be I haven't figured out if that's adjustable as the directions are hard to follow at points.

I got this watch because I was tired of having to take my watch off to charge it every night and because my other Smart watches were always giving me useless information. My Instinct Crossover lasts forever on a single charge and it gives me the information I really want. Do far my only criticism is the hands and watch face don't really glow in the dark even though I'm out in the sun every day. Overall, a solid watch.

I needed a smartwatch that has a good battery life, though, can connect to my phone and show messages and something with a stopwatch and step counter. This watch has met those requirements and passed them with flying colors the physical watch hands are nice to have just because im used to a analog watch, they don't get in the way and I haven't noticed any problems with them coming offset. My 1 and only minor complaint but isn't a problem with the watch its my work schedule, I mostly work nights so the solar doesn't make a big difference to me, but its still nice to have when im not working and out fishing. Overall a great watch that feels nice on the wrist, isn't to big, has a fantastic battery life and fits my criteria of what I was looking for in a smart watch. Also it looks really nice.

Reliable and somewhat programmable

I was looking for a hybrid smartwatch. Previously had several digital smartwatches and a Fossil Hybrid HR but it became somewhat dated with its features. The Crossover Solar is much more sophisticated but similar. The sport modes are plentiful but I use mostly the cycling tracker which works great. The sleep tracker is more critical of "stress" which shows that I only have fair stress levels not corresponding to my daily life. If you are interested in being able to read the display in all conditions be aware that if your near vision is not spot on, you are likely to have some difficulty in reading the alphanumeric characters except in bright light. The back light is so-so. Overall, it is a reliable time piece with good information at you beck and call. Oh, yes, the battery life is very good; I usually get 16 days on a charge. Charging time is about one hour. The watch meets my needs well.
