limited sound options

Just got these, originally used Kraken V2's that had alot of audio options. these however are very limited. no mixer, no mic monitoring , literally nothing. would not recommend. very disappointed with razor in the fact that they limit software options for their headsets.

Constantly crashes audio when starting a game with forces me to restart my pc. Constant clicks like the headset is cutting in an out. NOT WORTH!

I guess it’s worth it’s price. Cheap plastic and TERRIBLE sound quality. Not comfortable at all, compared to Kraken V2 this is an absolute downgrade. Tried it for 30 minutes and had to return it, do not recommend.

I owned them for two weeks and the trim is falling off of the interior of the head rest part. I'm sure I could warranty them if I had time but maybe I'll just duct tape my new headphones...

you have to pay extra for equalizer

it took me a hour of fiddling and looking to find out that the razer equalizer has to be bought separate. something that has been free for everything else for years costs extra.

Very good audio, super comfy to wear for a long time!! Highly highly recommend. Only concern is it can kind of hurt if you are wearing glasses, however I just take mine off for gaming and thereby it doesn't affect me.
PLEASE NOTE: not an audio insert: USB connector instead.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good headphones, horrible softwear

These headphones caught my eye due to their comfort, looks, and incredible sound systems. I bought them a while ago and they were great at first, I didn't realize they didn't come with bluetooth, so you can forget wireless headphones on mobile. However, the softwear is overall not very good. The USB quit on me, low power notifications are confusing and aren't clear. And one of the sides of the headphones isn't even working and I've only had this for a month or so with no damage (that I've noticed) done. I wouldn't reccomend this to gamers.

I loved these headphones for the first year of use. Unfortunately, the plastic headpiece started to crack and eventually broke completely! For the price I would expect more longevity.
