I've had mine for a couple years, and I'm pretty content. Sound quality is good and durability is decent, with only a couple of issues after 2000+ hours of use.
- The plastic housing around the microphone broke after the 27th time my headset had fallen off my desk on to the hardwood floor. Mic still works fine.
- Left earphone stitching has torn-open exposing the comfort foam

Do not buy these

Do not buy these headphones. Although the mic quality is good and the headphones are comfortable and light, I cannot recommend this product on the basis of the cheap and frustrating rubber cord. Ever since it came out of the package, the cord has been curling in on itself and tangling making it frustrating to deal with. A part of the cord got so bent from it tangling and curling that the rubber broke and the wiring is exposed. Do not buy this product. However, I can recommend buying Razer headphones that have braided cord instead of rubber cord.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Misleading Information

I've had these headphones for about a month now. I'd 100% rate these a 5 star. It's feels great to use. The mute feature is very useful, and it has rgb. My one issue with this product is how Best Buy has put "Retractable mic". I bought this product expecting a mic that can retract into the headphones. The only way you can "retract" it is to flex it upwards so it can be somewhat moved out of the way. This isn't that big of a deal, but I'm just disappointed when I find out that the mic wasn't retractable like it said in the "More Information" section in Best Buy's webpage for the product.

DO NOT BUY!

This headset worked fine for the first month-and-a-half to 2 months, then it started making popping sounds either in the cord, or in the headset itself at any slight movement, (not sure which). It cuts off all sound, and even unplugging and re-plugging it back in does not work. When I got it, it was around $100-$120 after taxes, yet here it is listed for 59.99 as a 'on sale' item.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cheap build didn't last

The headphones started out looking good. The sound was decent and they had a decent feel. It wasn't long before problems started.
The lens on the RGB LED light on one earpiece popped in with very little pressure. There is no way to open the earpiece or pry the plastic lens back into place. The headphones worked well for a while. The rattling of the plastic lens started to be distracting.
The mute button and volume wheel are often toggled or move unintentionally. You may find yourself talking to people who cannot hear you.
The band cracked and broke after 8 months and the seams on the padding started coming apart. The unit is unusable without a bunch of duct tape to try and piece it back together. The cheap construction wasn't worth it. You will end up spending more when you need to replace them before the year is out.
They may be ok if you treat them like they are made of glass and never catch the cord or drop them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great and Extremely comfortable

I've been using this for some time and its extremely comfortable, the mic is clear and the surround sound is outstanding. It also gives a lot of rooms for your ears to stay inside of the pad for great long-lasting use. Since it's fully made out of plastic for weight reduction which is a good thing, it seems a bit more easier to break than something like, an Arctis 5.

Perfect

This was the perfect headphone, I used to have a kotion each 2000, and this was much better like the audio, the mic and just the quality. It worked well with my other razer products like the Razer Atheris.
I would recommend this to a friend!
