Lasted 2 years then pooped out 2 most after warranty expired. loved it when it worked though, my venture 70 is still kicking though, likely replace the sherpa with venture

So Far so Good

I travel a lot so having a power bank that that is powerful and reliable is essential for keeping all my electronics and camera equipment topped off. With the changes to the air carriers rules for bringing power banks on airplanes its nice to know that this power bank meets the requirements for air travel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this item about a month ago because I thought it would be a good fit for my Goal Zero collection of great products. However, this one did didn’t quite meet what I was looking for. It seemed to overheat my battery while it was charging.

I only had this for 6-7 months and then it just quit working completely. Wouldn't recognize input or output coming from the USB port.

I was gifted this a few years back (Dec 2023?) and I really regret not getting a replacement immediately when it stopped working. About 6 months in it stopped holding a charge & the display won’t light up. It’s been a very expensive paperweight ever since…
Goal Zero makes a great camping lantern. Outshines this nice looking battery bank that has been outlasted by many a cheap no-name battery pack from the cheapest big box retailers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Short Life — HIGH PRICE

Just suddenly stopped working after about 2 years. Now it won’t output anything (i.e., won’t charge) and gets hot when set to input (charge) and charge % won’t change. I’ve tried resetting, and everything support has offered. Good charger, but not worth the high price if it won’t last. I won’t buy another Goalzero product for this reason.
