I purchased this to be part of an EMCOM a Starlink Mini kit. We have tested the Sherpa several times. It will power our Starlink Mini for between 3 and 4 hours. It accepts simultaneous solar panel input. With two chained 20-watt solar panels and good sun the Sherpa breaks about even on energy output and inputs. The Goal Zero solar panels, on the days we tested them, were running at 55% of their rated power output - this was typical performance from solar panels. This Sherpa is a good match for this use case. I can only represent what we have seen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works as described. The only thing that gave me a little trouble is that the AC output will automatically turn off under certain circumstances (I think when whatever is plugged into it isn't using much power). There is a way to bypass this and make sure the AC stays on, but it wasn't very intuitive and I had to comb through the user manual to find it. Once I figured that out, no issues.

Received this as a gift/replacement for my previous Sherpa. Love the slimmer profile and build quality however one of its usb c ports auto turns to input only when device is plugged up. No amount of messing with the switches on the back changes this…newer product + less ports= no bueno

Totally worth it.

I can recharge my Samsung S24 Ultra 5 times from this battery pack and it legitimately refills the battery faster than plugging it into the wall on a 110v outlet. I can also run my Dell laptop from the AC port for 4 hours not counting the internal battery. No question, this is the best portable power supply I own.
I would recommend this to a friend!
