Beautiful Range, Works Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range very excited about all of the different cooking options. I haven’t tried everything so far but the convection and baking modes work well. The stovetop is very nice, I like that the buttons have an LED light so you see right away if they’re on. The range itself if very sleek looking.
So far there are two things I don’t like. I bought this range specifically because it has a steam baking option. I’ve tried it now twice and all the water evaporate quickly and doesn’t seem to be staying in the oven. That’s a major con if you want to use that feature but not everyone will.
My only other minor complaint is with the timer. When you set it, it sets for the cooking and will turn the oven off when it’s done. There’s no option for you to click and still make it continue to bake. Every time you have to turn the oven back on, choose the baking mode, pick the temperature, etc.

Performance without sacrifice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received our new Frigidaire freestanding convection electric range and it is a beautifully designed addition to our kitchen. As foodies, my wife and I both love to cook, but only if we can use the right equipment. At Johnson & Wales-Culinary School, they certainly teach how to improvise from lessor or non-availability of equipment in the kitchen, but this advanced stove/oven performs outside most requirements to prepare excellent dishes.
