Love my new slide in range!!

Burner knobs

Knobs turn with out realizing it. A slight bump and it turns on burners. Control panel very sensitive. Shuts off when you bump it. I feel this is a safety issue and should be recalled. Sad you can't go back in and update your review.

Not sure if I have the right burner handles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 burners that I can't figure out. The large summer to boil one, and the bridge burner. When I turn the large burner on high, it didn't hear up at all. Only when I turn it down to about 6, does it heat up. Then in the guide, it says that the bridge burner location on the stove should have a mark that shows where to put the burner dial to use it, or alternatively, turn the dial to the single burner location, to just use the single burner in the front left side. But on this stove, the dial looks just like all the others, and the bridge burner comes on all the time, making the front burner useless unless I'm using a griddle. As you can see in these pics, when the burner is turned on high, both the burner and bridge burner come. The dial also doesn't look anything like the example in the manual, nor do the markings on the stove itself. So, I'm not sure how to use this burner, without having the bridge burner on as well. So, I have issues with two burners.

One small thing I like is when I have a burner element on the light illuminates behind the dial showing that particular element is on. The oven is quiet and heats up quickly. Suggested cook times on items have been accurate with the oven.
