Excellent Range! -- With One Flaw

This is an excellent multi-purpose range, which takes advantage of the latest technology. It's a Consumer Reports favorite and I can understand why. I purchase it to replace an older slide-in GE range that had lasted over a decade and fit the 30" opening in my kitchen counter perfectly. Unfortunately, this Frigidaire model does not. It leaves a gap on both sides, necessitating the additional purchase of gap covers from another vendor (Frigidaire does not make them). While there are many to choose from, none of them looks as good as a wider stovetop would have.

Love this stove!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we have been happy with the oven. A few features we wish it had but does would be: 1. A slightly raised edge on the glass stovetop to prevent liquid spills from running over the edge so easily, 2. A burner that provided a size adjustable heating surface, and 3. A timer function that did not turn off the oven when the timer went off.

Hello there. Thank you for sharing your thoughts! It sounds like the oven has been a great addition overall, but those small tweaks would definitely improve the experience even more. A raised edge on the stovetop could really help with spills, and a size-adjustable burner would be super handy. As for the timer function, we can see how it would be useful to have it not turn off the oven when the timer goes off. Hopefully, those features might be something future models could address. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent features. Only complaint is that the lights on the backside of the knobs for the surface elements are too bright. When they're on it is difficult to see the numbers on the knobs.
