Great stove

New Range

There are so many options to choose from; convection, air fry, steam, etc. We really put it to work over Thanksgiving. We are really pleased with this purchase.

Fantastic Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with this purchase. We had a gas range from another manufacturer before this for a few years and it was so inconsistent, hard to clean, and little parts that should have leveled the burners and range itself were falling apart.
**I'll go over the cons of this Frigidaire first and YMMV from our situation -
- We don't have a good hood currently, and if we do something that produces smoke like baking chicken wings or bacon it fills the whole house. We will get this handled soon, but you should be aware that you should have good ventilation for certain types of cooks.
- Cleaning the rear fan in the oven is a little difficult.
- The way the knob turns to turn on the burner and bridge is counter-intuitive, and could have been corrected by labeling how to turn on the bridge on the knob or somewhere nearby the knob.
- The front touch screen is VERY sensitive.
- I wish the oven light had a more convenient button, but it's still easy to get to. This is nitpicking.
Those are really my biggest complaints which all can be worked around.
**Learning curves -
- The glass top took a little bit to get used to for us on how hot it can get, which is very hot. Searing is no issue.
- The oven also has taken a little bit to get dialed in, but that part has actually been fun to figure out.
**Pros -
- There is no "smart" features which I prefer. It's one more thing that can go wrong, I don't have to worry about a feature getting disabled randomly after a firmware update and it's one less device on the network that I have to worry about. I'm definitely not against smart home gadgets but I've had a few bad experiences with appliances and won't do a smart appliance again...I'll get off my soap box.
- I love the options on the oven. The air sous vide function has really surprised me, and the convection cooking is the best of any oven I've owned.
- Recommendation - get the air fryer rack tray. You'll need to put another pan on a lower rack to handle drips, etc but it's been awesome to have for brussel sprouts, wings, etc.
- Cleaning is easy if you use the steam clean function often.
- Cleaning the top is as easy as any other glass top, but it's a pro for us after our last range.
- We got this on a good sale direct from Frigidaire, and would definitely recommend keeping an eye out for that since it seems to be somewhat regular that it is on sale. We feel like we got our money's worth by catching that sale.
- Installation was pretty good, the delivery gents were nice enough, and were open to questions. We paid them to move the old range to our garage so we could sell it. That was an option when ordering which was great.

Frigidaire 30” Front Control Electric Range with Total Convection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new Frigidaire Electric Range. My old Frigidaire did not have the warming element which is a nice feature. The larger capacity oven was a big help on Thanksgiving and we have especially enjoyed the air fryer oven mode.

Wonderful Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I haven't had a new stove in 30 years and this one so far this one is fantastic. So many ways to cook and bake. A piece of advice......check the calibration of the oven temperature. Mine was a bit off and needed adjusting. Not hard but not expected either. All in all, I am extremely pleased with my new purchase. : )

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We haven't tried many of the features. Do love the food probe. Our previous Frigidaire Gallery range lasted "forever". Hope this one makes it 1/2 as long, 20. This range is nice visually. You can switch from drop in to slide in. Just take your time.

Effective oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last oven was incredibly broken, this one seems to work like a charm! I didn’t want a smart device so I was pleased to finally find one that didn’t have WiFi capabilities. the top of the stove is glass though so if you wipe it down with a sponge it leaves water droplets behind which will dry and leave visible residue. So if that bothers you it may not be the device for you.
