Stove heats quickly and oven heats evenly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family just received this range before Thanksgiving 2024 and we have been thoroughly impressed; albeit, we haven’t tried everything. First, the stovetop heats up quickly, especially the fast boil burner. We used to have an old range with calrod, so heating up quick was never a huge issue, but it would always be inaccurate in the temperature setting. This stove keeps a steady temperature and with better precision and then shuts off briefly when said temperature is reached. The oven is aaaaaamazing. The convection oven heats so evenly and quickly. For my Thanksgiving turkey, I put a temperature sensor on each side of the bird, at roughly the same positioning and the temperature difference was within a degree or so when it met the desired temperature. Only negative thus far is the cleaning of the stovetop. Cleaning with soap and water removes most cooked on food, but leaves a visible film that requires we use a special glass cleaner. I guess this is to be expected considering the nature of reflective properties, but it’s really a non-issue in the grand scheme of things. Also, with the large size of the oven, I’m surprised we don’t have a third rack. We could have fit all our holiday event dishes in the oven at once if we had, but it would only happen a few times a year, so again… not a big deal.

It is early in us using the oven, but so far we have been very pleased with the functionality and the convection cooking is outstanding (we did not have convection previously).

The control of the heat on the stovetop is still blowing my mind. The pans heat quickly and evenly, The steam functions of the oven literally blow my mind! Tender cakes, like never before. I am so very impressed with all this range can do. I am ordering the air fry basket to try that next!
