Very quiet works great

Chose this model and completely pleased once we leveled the oven. Have only had for 2 weeks but, have baked cakes that turned out perfect. Stovetop heats quickly. So far very pleased with purchase.

One problem when steam is in the oven moisture collects between the glass panes in the oven door. Repairman has visited. He is ordering a new gasket for the oven and hope that solves the problem.

I only had the Frigidaire stove one month and today I had to call for service. I called several times to the number provided, an automated recorded message says to try my call again later then my call gets disconnected. The menu screen is very sensitive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did alot of research before buying this oven. I made my first turkey for Thanksgiving using the convection roast, it was supurb! It has excellent even heating, I love all the different modes of oven uses.the cook top is easy to clean and I like the sleek contemporary look. So far, so good!

The best in a sea of options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect. The stove top works wonderfully, food is heated fast and evenly every time. The oven is a real work horse with a variety of options for how you'd like your food prepared. We have successfully baked both regular and steam. Bread has been proofed. A 20lb turkey cooked to perfection in half the normal time by using the steam roast setting. We've also utilized the sous vide option for perfect steaks.
The appearance is clean cut. The oven is well lit. The stove itself is sturdy. The fan is there but it is in no way disturbing, it's actually quieter than our current vent fan. We're looking forward to many wonderful meals helped along by this wonderful stove.

My only complaint is that you can turn the burners on easily when you lean on them while cooking something onnthe back burners

Lack of Owner Documents & Oversold feature

I always try to be fair in my feedback via survey or review comments. In my working career I managed field service technicians. Feedback was valuable to me. My much anticipated cook ranged was delivered and installed. The deliverymen were great. The range came with no owner manuals to get me started. No warranty information. No web address to get documents. I still have no idea as to how to turn on the oven. I have an option to accept default settings or I could do custom setup. I have no idea as to what this leads to. I do not want to start punching buttons without any knowledge of outcome. The backlit knobs is sold as a feature. Bad idea. The numbers are illegible due to glow from the backlighting. I hope this helps you.

Huge Disappointment

Huge Disappointment! So sorry I couldn't have seen this in action somewhere before buying it. First I HATE the backlit knobs - you can't read the dial when lit and I have to put my hand over it to shield the light to read it. Secondly, the knobs are super sensitive - if I reach for the microwave or cabinets over it and bump the knobs they can turn on. Not the safest feature with young grandchildren around. Thirdly and perhaps the worst is the bridge elements - I find the front burner when used alone (as it should be able to) runs so hot. When I put it to Low/Simmer it still acts like it's on high. And the back one when used alone barely heats up sometimes. It is less than 6 months old!!! I do cook almost daily so it gets alot of use but this is ridiculous. And finally the oven works great and is super large which I love but I hate the fact you have to hit the controls multiple times to get it to come on. Sometimes I think I have turned it on to find out I missed one more press to get it to do so. Too many steps!!!! Wish I could have tested it out live - so much money to be unhappy!!!!
