A bit overcomplicated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I had purchased a stove that did the basics and also air-fries. I didn't know there were a bajillion other functions, and I fear that I'll probably never use many of these features. If you are an avid cook or baker, then you'll probably enjoy this oven.
It does look quite nice and gets compliments on its appearance. The burners get hot fairly quickly, which is a nice change from my previous stove. I'm not used to using a flat screen interface to turn on an oven, and time will tell if this technology will be durable.
I do have several complaints: 1. If the company advertises that this thing air fries, then it should come with an air fry pan. Instead, only upon reading the 40 page user manual did I learn that one has to pay extra and order the air fry accessory separately. 2. The oven came with no broiler or broiler pan. That's odd. 3. The knobs on the front light up when you turn them. Although this looks cool, the light is so bright it makes it almost possible to read the numbers on the knobs.

Fantastic stove

The large front burner is too hot even at low. It'll be good for canning. Miss and don't miss the exposed oven element. I'll need to figure out how to get butter in a glass dish to brown for fish, maybe just a higher temp. Convection baked beautiful muffins on multiple racks. All perfectly even. Overall we're happy with it.
