Oven great but burners inconsistent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed this range a few weeks ago after switching from gas. Typically, the oven control & settings & consistency are an improvement from gas, but I’m struggling with the range top. Controls work smoothly, they have enough resistance in the turn so you feel like you’re able to fine tune the heat, but heating elements are still binary: on or off, which is obviously different than gas and make it a struggle to consistently fry or sauté food. The burners do heat up quickly and time for boiling water has improved, but for a cook who likes to get temps just right for searing, browning, and sautéing this range is a challenge.

Great new stove and oven

Top Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I have not tried the many functions yet I love my new range. I have baked, broiled and air fried. The unit heats up super quick and is very quiet for an electric range. It is summertime so I haven't made a roast yet, but I look forward to using the probe that plugs right into the oven and reads out on the display screen. No more hard to read oven thermometers. If I had to make a suggestion, the backlights on the knobs are lovely but a tad too bright making it difficult to read the numbers on the knobs. All in all a top quality range that I will enjoy for many years to come.

Love our front control electric range with air fry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received our new air fry range from Frigidaire. We love to design and quality of the Frigidaire Gallery line of appliances. We bought this range specifically because of the air fry option and the front control. We no longer have to reach over hot burners and pots to turn off the range. Excellent design!!

Too soon to know

In general I am very satisfied with the easy of operating the burners, however, old eyes like mine find that the lighted dials make the numbers harder to read on the dials in the evening in the kitchen. i also find it annoying that if I lean and to wipe the stove, I can brush the oven control panel and turn on the oven selection screen. I haven’t used any of the oven features because we are in the middle of a heat wave.
