Generally an ok system. I've had a number of driver issues that have caused the machine to get stuck in a screen for BIOS configuration changes when it has rebooted overnight after updates. It is also unable to work correctly with my Bluetooth Jabra Move 2.5.0 headphones which worked fine with my Lenovo T480s Thinkpad.

Updated from Lenovo T480 14". I love 16" screen size. The performance is great.
I had one freeze on the first day. No problems since then. I installed all the Lenovo and Win11 updates.
I'm using it on Balanced mode, it's vey quiet.
I run couple of PassMark test on Performance mode then the fan gets noisy.
The Memory Mark scores only ~2200, the memory latency seems to be "high", I'm not sure why.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst ThinkPad ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate to say it, as a ThinkPad fanatic, this is worst ThinkPad I've ever owned. First boot, it crashed before even getting to the OS. After first updates, it crashed at BIOS on reboot, got stuck with fans blasting and CPU cranking hot -- I had to hard reset with a paperclip. You can see the horizontal lines in the 4k OLED screen -- really not good. The keys are popping off the keyboard just from typing -- they aren't secured properly and popping them back on doesn't solve it. And when you're in a video meeting, the computer just randomly reboots within about 60 seconds of starting the call. This will be returning to Lenovo ASAP.

I needed to uninstall that and install Lenovo Vantage to utilize the scan function. The lack of USB-A ports required me to spend another chunk of money on a docking station/USB Hub. Otherwise, I have no complaints about performance.

I didn't realize how, in this age of flat screens everywhere, how good a good screen could be, and the Z16 has the most amazing screen I've ever seen. I wasn't sold on that 'lower blue' thing, but now I completely am. Also, the audio is quite amazing for a work style laptop.
