[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is good, however it has some big issues. Firstly touch layer on the oled screen looks horrible and whites look grey. Second is the Bluetooth implementation, I have 3 Bluetooth headsets and have managed to connect zero of these. Reinstalled drivers, etc. nothing has fixed it. Another thing is the drive speed, it is noticeable slower than much cheaper older laptops, that means slower boot times and sluggishness in some applications. The speaker also makes tons of reverb noise above 60% volume which is quite annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really happy that Lenovo finally made a premium AMD laptop. This laptop has been great so far, and I came from an X1 Carbon Gen 7 and an X1 Extreme Gen 3. This Z13 is my favorite out of all of them. It feels better built, it's faster, and it's not nearly as loud as the X1 Extreme. The battery life of the Z13 also blows the X1 Carbon and X1 Extreme out of the water.

My repair order has been on hold for almost 2 weeks now. So much for next-day on-site service. It looks nice, although it's a bit dusty at this point.
