[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this grille cover. I live in Florida and have my Grille covered on the back porch exposed to the wind. It's lived through two hurricanes so far with no signs of wearing out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this barbeque last year and just love it. It is portable to take camping or on a picnic and so easy to set up. It heats evenly and easy to clean. We opted for the griddle as a add on and works great as well. Easy to change out. In fact we usually just leave e one grill and one griddle on the barbeque

So far it’s a decent grill. I got the SE phantom version. What I don’t like so far was assembly instructions weren’t the greatest and my other gripe is I ordered natural gas, paid extra and it still has propane tank cutout with complete hole out onto the patio. My previous grill did not have that. They should give you some cover that fits I. So you can use that area for storage.

Hi! We apologize that your RSE425RSIBPK-1-PHM did not meet your expectations. Please note that the bottom cart is a universal part for both natural gas and propane models. We aim to offer cost-effective grills and replacement parts. Thanks!

Nice looking but doesn't stay on.

Both grill and cover are less than a week old. Have not even used the grill yet, but the winds keep blowing the cover off. It's a very expensive sail. It looks nice and the clips are easy to use, but might be better if there was an attachment to the grill itself? I'm debating if it's better just to leave the cover off.

Hi! We are sorry that our Rogue Grill cover has not fully met your expectations. Thank you for sharing your experience so we can improve. We apologize that you are having issues with the wind and adjustable straps. We suggest that you relocate the grill to a different spot to avoid any wind-related issues. During hot and humid weather, it's better to keep your grill uncovered because a cover can trap the humidity inside and cause problems. If you're using a Napoleon cover, you don't need to worry as it's vented, allowing for better airflow around the grill and preventing humidity build-up. However, on rainy or snowy days, it's highly recommended that you use the cover to protect your grill from the elements. Thanks
Cover works well. It isn’t as heavy as cover that came with bbq when purchased. BBQ is on deck by bay which can be very windy. Concerned it may blow off in a big gale, which never happened with old cover

We appreciate your feedback and the insights you have shared with us. Your input is highly valuable to us as we continually strive to enhance our products. We regret to learn that our product fell short of your expectations. I would like to inform you that our covers are equipped with straps designed to secure them underneath the side shelves, ensuring a snug fit and reducing the risk of being blown away by the wind. Thanks
Design should be designed with tie-down at the bottom (weather-proof lace-ties through reinforced eyelets) to prevent wind from lifting the cover off --- essential for balconies.
