Great looking cover, not water resistant

Bought as replacement for the original cover we got with the table that faded and tore after 5 years. Material on this one is much thinner than the original. It fits perfectly and doesn't show any signs of fading yet but it is NOT water resistant. After removing the cover in the spring after the winter thaw the table and glass area was soaked.

These covers are not waterproof, and therefore will not prevent your product from getting wet. They are water resistant, meaning they can withstand getting wet. All our products are outdoor rated appliances and can tolerate rain. The cover is meant to protect your product from more extreme elements, and limit things like tree sap or other residues from building up on the appliance itself. I purchased a Prestige Pro 665 almost 4 years ago and contacted your Customer Service Team recently to advise you how disappointed I was with the original cover that came with the bbq. The bbq is top of the line and quite expensive and I would expect the accessories would be top quality to align with the brand but the cover faded within 6 months and over the past couple of years the fabric started disintegrating with holes showing up everywhere. Anyway when I explained this I was pleasantly surprised when your CS immediately offered to replace the cover with your newest model free of charge. It is great that you stand behind your brand. It has restored my confidence in buying Napoleon products.

Cover does not fit my RXT525SIB grill

I have the Rogue RXT525SIB propane grill in stainless steel. The cover I bought is the Napoleon Rogue 525 Shelves Up Series (61525) and it does not fit the grill with the shelves up. According to the website it is the correct cover for my grill. Is there a way to exchange it for a cover that does fit?

You would think it valuable to provide the cover dimensions. I have bought 2 Napoleon covers and they don't fit even though the dimension on the box 61" wide would suggest it would. In addition your store locator search doesn't work

The cover is light, flexible and well designed for easy removal even during winter with conveniently placed grab rings. Snow doesn't stick; hoping that continues as the fabric ages. Appropriate ventilation reduces humidity under the cover. We have been enjoying our Napoleon barbecue for over twenty years and are very pleased that their standard cover is still a perfect fit. Previous covers lasted about ten years each.
