Won’t heat to temperature

My new ovens do not heat to temperature on display-they are 50 degrees cooler. Both ovens are exactly 50 degrees cooler than display temp. There is no way to calibrate the temperature sensor.

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It looks beautiful but lacks in the cooking functions. It only heats from the top and not the bottom. Always takes longer to cook. Doesn’t cook frozen items very well.

Inconsistent oven turns off while cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello. I purchased the double oven as I have had great experience with Kitchen Aid. However the performance is inconsistent. Cooking a pie and the oven turned off then showed error (disappeared quickly so unable to take a picture of it). Was able to turn it in to complete baking. More than once we remove something to test if it was done and oven turned off I assume I didn’t respond quickly enough but never had an oven turned off so quickly. I don’t like that I don’t have the ability to set the temperature. Must select the cooking options 325 350 375, etc. two weeks ago. Turned off oven. Heard the cooling fan which went off then turned back on it has a mind of its own. Had to search for someone to install it as the original installers couldn’t figure it out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
