Great oven with great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, the first oven I received was defective. However, the appliance store did procure a second oven that functioned properly. I really like the wi fi features and the versatility of the oven. It has great features and provides excellent information regarding the cooking process. The broiler is very effective and the convection aspect is great. I just hope it has longevity.

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It looks beautiful but lacks in the cooking functions. It only heats from the top and not the bottom. Always takes longer to cook. Doesn’t cook frozen items very well.

Inconsistent oven turns off while cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello. I purchased the double oven as I have had great experience with Kitchen Aid. However the performance is inconsistent. Cooking a pie and the oven turned off then showed error (disappeared quickly so unable to take a picture of it). Was able to turn it in to complete baking. More than once we remove something to test if it was done and oven turned off I assume I didn’t respond quickly enough but never had an oven turned off so quickly. I don’t like that I don’t have the ability to set the temperature. Must select the cooking options 325 350 375, etc. two weeks ago. Turned off oven. Heard the cooling fan which went off then turned back on it has a mind of its own. Had to search for someone to install it as the original installers couldn’t figure it out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

KitchenAid 24” double wall oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased & preheat buzzes in about 5 minutes to say it’s preheated & it’s no where near preheated. Timer buzzer isn’t loud enough nor long enough to be of help. AND temp does not reach desired temp—-about 25 to 50 degrees lower than set at.

Double Oven?????

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with the ovens. I would suggest that if you advertise it as a DOUBLE oven then it should be NOT two single ovens. I had to pay for 2 oven installations since it came in two pieces. Why don't you just joint the two into a true DOUBLE oven????

Epic failure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot believe you produced an electric double wall oven without a duct system to vent hot air into the attic or outside wall instead of venting heat into the kitchen!! It’s awful. Anything you can do about the venting? Had I known this ahead of buying it, I wouldn’t have bought it. Also the interior space is so small because of the extended chrome pieces that hold the racks in place, we lose at least 2” from the interior. I had have to buy new pans. Heating….i have to set temp 100 degrees hotter to get correct cooking temp.
pans to fit the ovens. is so small, I need to buy new roasting pans, cookie sheets, etc.
