[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new oven. Very easy to operate and very pleased with results. I love that it came with its own sheet pans and has settings that are pre programmed. The fact that it has wi fi means I have even more control over what’s cooking than ever before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this oven after our Original Double Oven from1999 failed . We have not been disappointed. My wife is easily intimidated with new technology and has had No problem whatsoever, figuring features out on this . We love it !

Inoperative oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why would any manufacture ship a product that doesn't work. First it was the fan making noise and then it fell off when the repair person opened the cover. Second the bake cycle temperature would not operate correctly. Preheat was lower than registered and the back temperature was lower than indicated. Service call indicated it was a printed circuit board which is ON BACKORDER. How could you run a manufacturing business and not know when you are getting parts. Service calls are weeks of waiting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor replacement of a very good previous version.

Separate control panel is inconvenient compared to previous version. Smaller than previous version, so some routine pans can no longer be used. Self-clean function is practically useless - won't clean anything from the inside door glass even at the highest setting. Wire shelf supports must be removed before cleaning. This is a poor replacement of a previously good product. I would not recommend it.

Epic failure

without a duct system to vent hot air into the attic or outside wall instead of venting heat into the kitchen!! It’s awful. Anything you can do about the venting? Had I known this ahead of buying it, I wouldn’t have bought it. Also the interior space is so small because of the extended chrome pieces that hold the racks in place, we lose at least 2” from the interior. I had have to buy new pans. Heating….i have to set temp 100 degrees hotter to get correct cooking temp.

is so small, I need to buy new roasting pans, cookie sheets, etc.

KitchenAid 24” double wall oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased & preheat buzzes in about 5 minutes to say it’s preheated & it’s no where near preheated. Timer buzzer isn’t loud enough nor long enough to be of help. AND temp does not reach desired temp—-about 25 to 50 degrees lower than set at.

Double Oven?????

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with the ovens. I would suggest that if you advertise it as a DOUBLE oven then it should be NOT two single ovens. I had to pay for 2 oven installations since it came in two pieces. Why don't you just joint the two into a true DOUBLE oven????
