Hard to get stuff to dry right, no temp setting for the dryer e.g. tumble dry low. There's only less dry or more dry and I don't know if that affects temp in the drum. Things are usually over dry or damp when I open the door. There's no way to add more time, like 5 more minutes, you have to run another cycle and just monitor. Also we had a stink issue for the first 6 months, don't know what it was, we end up running condenser care far more often than recommended. Not sure what that will do to the system long term. Washer part is what it is, does its Job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I paid over 2K for a washer and dryer combo and I was initially was pleased with them. 7 months later, the Mother board died which left both washer and dryer inoperable. I do understand that machines will break but to wait 2 weeks for it to be repaired was a big inconvenience. Going to a laundromat is not my cup of tea being a Disabled Vet.

Great Tower for Apartments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this couple months ago. Delivery process was good from the local retailer. Game changer is the ventless feature, long a standard in Europe and Asia. The heat pump is very efficient and clothes come out 100% dry but not hairdryer hot, which is essentially what a standard vented clothes dryer is. Takes doubt the amount of time but consums ½ the electricity; who cares if it take 90 min to dry a big load while ur making dinner and watching TV...the design is sleek and it runs real quiet
