Very fun to build. Several fun decorative and imaginative treatments. One snafu in the directions that caused me a bit of a problem - items needed to complete thru Step 332 were not in Bag 12, but in bag 13. Went into my own stash to finish #332 before finding what I needed was in the next bag #13. Otherwise all was good.

Got this build to place next to my Jazz Quartet set. This is the first modular build I have done. Loved the outside of the building. Enjoyed building the inside but wish you could see the inside once the build was finished. If I do another modular, I will see if not putting the windows in (if possible) will be better. Might even do that with the top level of the build, just to see.

Misprint or Packaging Error

This was a fairly quick build compared to some of the other modular buildings. I enjoyed it and I like how it looks.
The one thing people need to know is that there was an error in the instructions or the pieces in bag 12 were mispackaged. The pieces for the last page of bag 12 are not in the bag. They’re in bag 13, so don’t worry. You’re not actually missing 8 pieces.

I really enjoy the modular sets mainly because there is something fun and interesting on every level. I would recommend this set for anyone who is a music lover and a fan of lego. I didn't find this build to be overly complicated. In my opinion very easy to build.
