Beautiful depiction of the Lunar New Year

I am amazed at what can be built from Lego. The flowers are beautiful and the koi fish are so playful. Please discard all the 1 star reviews. Too bad these reviews can't be censored from all the trolls out there. These sets are truly amazing and Lego has done a really nice job with these Lunar New Year sets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this lego set. Perfect timing for the Asian new year. Soon as we got this set, my kids were so excited to build this. Loved that it came with two models packed into it, so each child was able to build their own. The end display is so pretty too. We have it displayed in the house and it's just so beautiful.

False advertising

I love lego for many years but this false advertisement for the size of these are way off.
It says it is over 8 in x 8in but really it is only 5.5 in x 5.5 in very disappointed.

Chinese New Year is just like Christmas

After seeing the official explanation about why they use the lunar new year label, I’m just wondering, will Lego change the Christmas set label when other people who also celebrate Christmas but not Christian? Btw, I’m gonna return mine tomorrow.

Beautiful and inclusive

This is a beautiful set. Fun to build together as a family and nice to display. We'll keep it as an annual decoration. Regarding the name, our family is Korean so we appreciate the inclusivity of calling the set "Lunar" New Year. There are many who celebrate this holiday and we can all enjoy it together.

Chinese new year is using unique lunisolar calendar.If lego calls this is a lunar new year set , lego should celebrate and release this set in july 2023. Our kids could learn different cultures of this world by lego, this is the reason i keep buying legos for my son. But We ( adults) should face up the real history and origin of culture. Every Chinese welcome everyone and every country would like to celebrate Chinese New Year with us. But Please respect us First.
