Love it!

I see this set receiving a lot of flack, but as someone who is a huge HP fan, I absolutely love it. It has been fun to build and looks great in my home office. I understand the price is high and may limit the audience, however I have really enjoyed the set and has been a fun discussion piece in video calls. I do wish the train had an option to be fully motorized but still a fun build that deserves to be celebrated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaves a lot to be desired

The set is beautiful from 6 feet out, get closer and set does not hold up. I am sad to hear this is the head designer's last build, I really think they could've left a lasting impression with a more epic build, but it was a great run.

I absolutely love this set. Build was enjoyable, with a few tricky parts. Looks great. I think the price point is justified, as parts are unique to the build. It's truly a great value. I recommend this train to avid Hogwarts collectors. I love all the characters, they look so cute in their placed positions. As well we are able to light up the interior of each sitting area. Kudos to the designer of this set. Thank You! Great build experience.

Fun to build

It's a great build and had fun doing it. Only thing that would make it better, or any set would be a good 1 - no visible injection marks, should be under the brick and not a good look for a completed build 2 - stickers...... Please do away with them or at least put sticker counts on the box with the piece count. But seriously, no more stickers. Love, the majority

This set is awesome, looks great. It is a perfect size. The tracks are a little repetitive, and the price is too high, but it is very sleek, and a great build.

very nice Lego kit
not as 1:1 compatible as the real Hogwarts express train
but still looks dutiful and quiet similar
so i am very happy with it

WHY?! A train set that has no track system

I have no idea why lego would design a product that is not compatible with the existing lego train track system. The train is very nice and gives a realist type dimension but cannot do anything but sit there. Its stupid to have beautiful train that cannot operate around a town
