I am so pleased with the newest minifig designs and can't wait to have all 12 in my collection. However, in the box I received three paperboys. I know that it isn't guaranteed that each box would have exactly half of the collection but to have three of the same type in one box seems crooked. Now I have to give my money to a third party person. Wouldn't you rather have my money instead? Perhaps I should consider purchasing all future minifigs via third party. At least then I would have exactly what I need (which by the way is not THREE paperboys). Lego is this a test of my love and devotion to you? In a world that is already trying and getting more and more expensive, why are you hurting your customers like this? Why not try to play a little more fair? Based on previous reviews I am worried that you are only concerned with profit and not that "everything is awesome" and "only the best is good enough". I truly hope you try to come up with a better way to distribute future series.

Better off with Singles

Plagued with multiple duplicates in the same box. Bought two so you can imagine my joy (insert eye-roll). Head to your local store and save yourself the trouble. Not worth buying direct.

I got 3 paperboys and 3 Dinosaurs. Giant waste of money. First time I have purchased a box, won't be doing it again.

Box of duplicates

Bought two boxes, got 4 paper boys. All duplicates. Lego obviously knows what the customers want yet they continue this nonsense. Not going to keep wasting big money on a company that treats customers this way.

2 boxes purchased, too many duplicates

My biggest problem is with the sorting of the figures. I also purchased two boxes for the previous series and got mostly duplicates. Both times I got 7/12 unique figures from the sets and both times did not get two of the three I actually wanted. No more boxes for me. I’ll either do the bags from now on or purchase them individually.

Purchased two boxes for my 9 year old daughter hoping she would get most of the minifigures while knowing she would likely get a few doubles. She got through box one without a single double as was so happy! By time she got through box two she had a double of all six. TWO IDENTICALLY PACKED BOXES! What a huge disappointment. Based on other customers similar experience with these boxes, theres not chance these are randomly packed.

This is the second box I’ve purchased through LEGO that had duplicates. I won’t be purchasing another. It’s more realistic to pay resell; I’ll still spend the same amount and at least I know what I’ll get. Unfortunate.
