Nice addition to the series

I enjoyed building the Holiday Main Street and it will make a nice addition to my collection. I am not sure why some other reviewers think that this will "not fit in" with previous Winter Village sets. I very much appreciate the architectural variety--these buildings have their own look, with different roof styles, different details in the facades, roofs and windows--even the way the snow is piled on the roofs! I agree that the buildings are very shallow and small inside, but that's not a huge problem for me. I'm glad that instead of the customary "bench and streetlight," we have a trolley stop (ok, which still has a streetlight!). My husband loves the trolley and we will probably buy some tracks for it. This AFOL would love to see a pub, cafe or restaurant for a future Winter Village set!

I will rebuild this every year with my grandchildren. It has separate books for each building, making it easy for the whole family to play together. What a lovely addition to our winter/holiday scene. Setting everything up is half the fun!

Stunning set for our xmas village

Our family loved putting together this set. This is the set that finally convinced me to purchase a set from the winter village theme. The detail on the set is creative and aesthetically pleasing. I prefer the more realistic winter village sets, so this was just what I was looking for.

Fun Date Idea

I really enjoyed that this set had four main builds. My wife and I could evenly split up the buildings and do it together. Hopefully future holiday sets are designed in a similar fashion.

Nice addition to Winter Village

So Lego has developed quite the winter village with the addition of this Main Street Set. Though some may not approve, I appreciate the relatively small footprint of the buildings, as I will only display this set for the holidays. I like that it fits on a windowsill, or other tight spaces so it’s able to blend with other holiday decorations. The build is very straight forward, with no surprises or annoyances. I completely agree with the previous reviewer…maybe LEGO could give us Mench on a Bench?!
