Nice kit

As with all LEGO kits very easily to follow directions . Final product turned out great . Like that there was a Michigan Plate for the kit

Solid build, but questionable choices

Overall its a well built solid car, however certain things such as the off-center steering wheel and or oversite in research really make it hard to recommend. The Z28 was a hardtop only option. Choosing the convertible option makes the Z28 badging and 302 decals wrong, the center console and radio position are also wrong. The biggest issue is the lack of the gills/louvers that should be in front of the rear wheels; which is funny considering you made decals for them in 2016 with the Speed Champions Camaro Drag Set. Lastly the lack of printed pieces considering the price increase, really makes its feel cheap. Considering you have the licensing for Chevrolet why only decals ( the mustang got printed horse logos ) all the exterior Camaro branding should have printed and the optional decals. Ex... Z28, or RS/SS and air cleaner decals like 350,396 etc. since that would have been more accurate for this set allowing adults ( who would know this information and should be the target audience for this)

This was an awesome set from Lego, it was great to watch the progress as I went through the steps, instructions were very clear and easy to follow, really great to have the option of customizing to my liking.

Very fun build

I really enjoyed this build. I was very excited when I first saw that Lego had a Chevy muscle car coming (Not a Ford fan). I was very hopeful that the set would be as great as the photos. It was even better than I hoped. I really hope Lego puts out more Chevy cars and hopefully a pick-up :)

Fun build

I'll keep it short, it's a fun build and I love the relative ease of changing out the stripe colors or the hard top/convertible look. Placing it next to the Mustang from a few years back makes me very happy.
The one thing that does not make me happy is that the windshield pieces are mixed in with the rest of the pieces. The windshields we're both scratched out of the box, which is very unfortunate as it damages the overall great look of the car. I'm hoping in the future that such parts will be in separate packaging to keep this from happening as often. I know it's been done before.

Frustrating build - go with the Mustang

Looks nice when completed, but some poor structural design choices robbed most of the joy of building it. The biggest problem is that the the front end of the car is joined to the cabin by only a two-pronged element. So it was constantly falling apart when your start building arouind it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excited to do this and I got halfway through it and I opened back five and most of the parts were not in the bag so I cannot even finish it so it’s just sitting in his box halfway done cause I don’t have parts for it
