Another great vehicle

I've collected and built many of the large scale vehicles (DeLorean, Mini, Mustang and Aston Martin) over the past years and this is one of the best-executed ones. The look of the Camaro is very well done, details like the strike posts for the doors, the center console, engine bay curved walls (fenderwells) and wheel opening pieces were great. I appreciated the customization a lot as well, which differentiates it from the Mustang and allows for future rebuilds. Definitely recommended to classic muscle car and LEGO enthusiasts alike.

Honestly a great set. I was a little hesitant at first but when I decided to finally buy it and build it, I absolutely loved it. Very good and slick design and detail compared to the other vehicle sets in the past. I really enjoyed the ability of having options of what color of stripes to choose for the car. I would love to see more classic models like the Charger, Chevelle, or a Challenger. But I honestly would pefer a Chevy Impala since it would be a very unique design. Would be an instant buy for me. But overall great set!

At first, the price and the stickers were the two reasons I wasn't going to get this set. However, after building it, I am glad I didn't stick with that decision. The price increase I can understand from Lego; though I would still expect more prints from an Icons set of this scale with this level of detail. As a note, I never added the dashboard sticker; it was a simple alteration of the dash build that allowed me to use only 4 parts that I had before this set to install a brick-built gauge cluster. And aside from the detail it has, stickers or not, it has a great deal of it. This set feels less like a Lego set than a proper model. The engine is simple, and still detailed. I am grow more and more fond of the red interior as time passes, and the overall lines and shapes of the model represent the car very well. Overall, I am very pleased with this set.

Pieces won’t interlock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about this set is awesome except the technic frame won’t stay attached to the plates. I’ve went back and double checked and it just pops off its support. I don’t know if these are just my pieces or just bad structure support

It's great that you're enjoying the set so much. All parts should stay attached. Sometimes it's best to go back to to beginning and make sure all steps of the building instructions are followed. Sometimes there may be a piece just a little off from where it should be. You’ll also want to make sure that all the pieces are pressed tightly together.
