I have a medium sized hand and this mouse fits very comfortable. Has nicely placed buttons. Battery life is excellent. Very easy to use. I have no real complaints honestly.

Feels solid, perfect size, fantastic response and adjustability for dpi and button customization. Buttons are very responsive, have a great feel when clicked and are very well placed. Software is easy to use when you take some time to learn it and has performed perfectly so far, better than some competitors I have used. It has performed as good or better than any other mmo mouse I have used but feels more comfortable and substantial by far. With the choice of wired or wireless it is as near perfect as it can be. Do yourself a favor and get one, you won’t be sorry.

Build like a tank, the Spartha X randomly appeared in my recommendations and I figured let's give it a shot as I slowly get more into the Asus ecosystem if devices. Well what can I say that won't make me sound like I'm crazy??? Not much. This thing is heavy but with that comes a rock solid build packed with so many features and programmable hotkeys that it made gaming with a keyboard and mouse actually comfortable for me. Software was easy to use and the face it has a charging dock that acts as a receiver for wireless communication is very nice.
I didn't know what to expect at first but I can say that this one is a keeper and easily replaced my Basilisk Pro that I was quite fond of.
