Feels amazing, it is magnetic so it is harder to pick up on my secret labs metal desk, but as far as customizability it is fantastic!!! Takes a minute to get used to the weight but all in all a great mouse

Mouse is too big for me to comfortably reach the buttons, haven't been able to figure out how to install the required drivers, have to use plugged in which defeats the purpose of wireless, I've never had a mouse that was not plug and play. I wouldn't recommend.

Indeed, this mouse is plug and play. Please check if the PC meets the system requirements of the mouse. If it does, please check if the chipset driver for the PC is up to date. Additionally, you need to download the Armoury Crate utility software at: https://rog.asus.com/us/mice-mouse-pads/mice/wireless/rog-spatha-x-model/helpdesk_download/. This software is use to configure the mouse.
