This product malfunctions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device spontaneously restarts itself, it will freeze up and not respond to touch, it also won't recognize my unlock pattern I have to restart it often.

I REALLY LOVEIT! Always wanted a Samsung phone!♡

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it's camera and the way we can personalize it like I have a different phone and samsung beats everyone. I only wish it had the theme park because it was one of the main reasons I bought it. Whenever I connect it with my airpod, th sound is so much better than my other phone. I even made my family buy one each so yeah we all have three of them. Overall, the vibe and the speed of the phone is one of my favorite things. Plus the personalization too.
