Only one defect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device is good but there is one defect that Samsung needs to fix: Volume level. The volume sounds so low that I have to turn it up to the max in order to make it work. Not only that the Dolby Atmos is a good option, but it helps to boost the volume a little. And I love that the device is running on Android 13, which is a "yay" for me! Please fix this in the future. Thank you, Samsung

Terrible

Ive had nothing but issues with this phone. Its slow, buggy, glitchy, doing doordash is terrible because you accept and half the time it just goes into limbo and i miss the deliveries. Terrible wouldn't ever recommend or buy again

Very Efficient but has some problems

My mom bought this phone for me about 6 or 7 months ago. It's battery life is decently well and lasts me almost the whole day usually. There are times where the phone screen freezes. I am trying to press something on the screen and it's like the phone doesn't read that I'm pressing something so I have to turn off my phone for a second in order for it to work properly. It doesn't really bother me. My brother has the same exact phone and it also has the same problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great idea

Very pleased with my Galaxy A14 I wish that it was possible to program specific numbers so that the ringer would ring no matter what. In other words I wish I could have my phone on silent but still get phone calls from my wife in case of an emergency.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall ok, bad camera

I've been using the A14 5G for about a year now. I don't really replace my phone until I have to, lol, or I really don't like it. I was using Samsung J7 Crown before this one. Now I am well used to this phone I can say I would go back to what I had before if I could. This phone is overall bigger and heavier, I don't like it, the J7 crown was perfect in my opinion. The phone is functioning ok, I use it for work and no major problems. One thing I absolutely hate is the camera and video. I could not believe the pictures when I first started using the phone. I waited long time to leave a review so I could get familiar with all the settings and kept trying to achieve better pictures, but no use. ONe star just for the camera. The quality is just bad. This is what makes me hate the phone. My only question for Samsung is how can a new model of a phone have so much worse camera than an old model??
