Performing simple actions like rebooting and updating the software are just a couple of the things you can do to prevent freezes and crashes on your device in the future. My Samsung A14

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my A14 for my gaming on the road. It works real good. I mirror it to my TV at times and it is like having the console. I give it 4 stars only because the ram is so little for such a fine machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is alright over all. But after a few months it starts to glitch. Now I can not even turn on the phone on the 3rd try. The phone is also very slow and pause the videos im watching without me touching the phone!!!.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. Your phone or tablet may not turn on if you are not charging it properly. But on the other hand, it may not turn off if it's completely frozen. If it's not responding to you pressing the power button, let us help you get it working again. Take a moment to review, "Samsung phone or tablet will not power on or off" when you have some free time available out of your day to troubleshoot what you have described to be occurring with your Galaxy A14. If your phone's touchscreen is frozen or does not respond to touch, it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong with your device. It could be something as simple as a faulty app or cracks in the screen causing the problem. "Galaxy phone or tablet's screen is frozen or responds too slowly" is another resource to look at when you have the time available to troubleshoot. I have bought 2 of these devices and it doesn't come with a charging port...just a cord and that is very annoying 😒 Other than that it has been a great device!
