We would be thrilled to help you troubleshoot the freezing you mentioned as well as the audio changing on its own. With regards to the freezing, our first recommendation is to explore options to expand the storage of your device. A micro SD card up to 1TB is one option, you can also use cloud based digital storage options as well if that is your preference.
