A decent phone, not spectacular.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung device daily and for the most part it works without an issue. However, I've had frustrating issues with keeping it changed or getting it to charge. Another issue I've had is getting the screen to stay on. For example, when I touch an icon on the screen to go there it will often go black instead and I have to play with for a minute or so to get it to go where I'm asking it to. Other than that it's a good device and has been reliable. I've only had the phone a little over two months and I was surprised to have the issues with it so soon.

I'm Loving My Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are three main things I'm loving about my Samsung so far. I've already multiplied my storage space with a micro SD card, my battery can last several days even with a lot of streaming, and the interface is amazing. Samsung One UI is not only aesthetically pleasing, it's very intuitive AND offers so many options for customization. This is my first Samsung and it hasn't been nearly as difficult as I expected to adjust to a new interface. As far as the A14 5G in particular, so far everything is operating quickly and smoothly. When I'm scrolling or switching between apps, it's very fast and smooth to the eyes. This phone has handled everything I do on a daily basis better than my previous phone which was twice the price. The camera on my A14 is also very impressive. The colors seem true to life and the quality is great. If the files take up too much space for your liking, you can resize them within Gallery. There are too many features about my new phone I'm enjoying to list here, but all told I'm glad I made the switch and I hope to enjoy my Samsung for a long time.

Excellent phone for the cost

I had a note 9 which I thought would forever be my favorite phone but the smooth navigation, the multitude of options in every setting and the ability to customize things make this phone a tie for first with my note. I have had many fifteenth phones over the past 3 years and I will stick to this one or any of the other A series. Happiness is a new Samsung Galaxy!
