Horrible phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The slowest phone ive ever had in my life. Many apps dont work on the phone because the specs are so low. The phone constantly freezes and needs to be restarted.

I LOVE THIS PHONE

The money is worth the samsung device and the features that come with it its so easy to contact customer service threw samsung the tutor is great anytime you don't know what you are doing just let them contect and they will guide you right threw everything I think this is a phone that seniors could use if they ran into any problems because samsung tutor is there to help just let them access your phone and let them do the work while you watch step by step and learn how to operate it its a very easy phone love how it has so much security on it live TV is awesome as well just pick up your phone were ever you are airport car business trip and watch all the channels you love for free on live tv love how heavy the phone is in case you drop it the box of the phone has alot of protection I have dropped my several times maybe over 200 until finally the glass broke I have dropped it that much! this is a phone I recommend to anyone it also has the device care that allows you to press the button to clean the device and check for problems malware battery problems the battery is great I don't have to charge until later on at night it doesn't matter how long you are on the phone the pictures camera are so clear the editing of the pictures are awsome thank you samsung keep up the great work!!

THE SAMSYNG PHONE HAS MANY SETTINGS THAT NO OTHER SMARTPHONE HAS, LIKE FIND MY DEVICE, OPTIMIZE MY BATTERY, AND USEFUL ADAPTIVE BATTERY LIFE USED FOR SCROLLING AND BROWSING THE WEB.

I bought a Galaxy A14 Dec 5 2023. I absolutely hate this phone. It freezes up all the time. It passes me off to no end. Do not buy this phone. It's a big headache. Again I HATE THIS PHONE.

A decent phone, not spectacular.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung device daily and for the most part it works without an issue. However, I've had frustrating issues with keeping it changed or getting it to charge. Another issue I've had is getting the screen to stay on. For example, when I touch an icon on the screen to go there it will often go black instead and I have to play with for a minute or so to get it to go where I'm asking it to. Other than that it's a good device and has been reliable. I've only had the phone a little over two months and I was surprised to have the issues with it so soon.
