I've had this phone less than a year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had nothing but issues with the screen jumping. Especially when I'm attempting to take a screenshot, or typing a text message. It's not compatible with my Signia hearing aids. I'm just paying it off so I can get one that is more reliable.

It does everything that I need it to I love it!

Love it except for a couple glitches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my phone, it has a few minor glitches, being security and privacy, being an easy model to hack I guess. Been hacked twice and locked out but the Samsung tech ppl were super nice and helpful, and so far there hasn't been any more issues, 8-10 would recommend to friends and family!
