Disappointing to say the least

The worst!

No wonder Google Fi is giving this thing away! This is just the worst phone I have ever had, even worse than an old Cricket flip phone I once had. It is constantly dropping calls, calls won't go through, the list goes on. I will be changing to a different phone as soon as I can.

Wifi issue

Wifi connection gets interrupted, it gets connected then after 3 minutes connection it gets loss.

One troubleshooting step you can take is to reset your Wi-Fi network settings by following these instructions:
1. Open **Settings**. 2. Tap on **General management**. 3. Select **Reset**. 4. Choose **Reset network settings**. If you're having issues with your mobile connection, select **Reset mobile network settings**. For problems related to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, choose **Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings**. 5. Tap **Reset settings**. You might be prompted to enter your security credentials. Finally, tap **Reset** to confirm.

This product did not perform well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest problem with the Galaxy A14 5G is that its text services do not perform well at all, for example it will not allow you to text a bus stop # so you know when a buss will be arriving. Every other Galaxy I've owned I never had this problem, it will not send the text, so if you use public transportation you will not be able to text the stop# and receive a response, very agitating
