The BROTHER PT-D610-BT can't be beat.

The BROTHER PT-D610-BT is an EXCELLENT Labeler
But BROTHER has TOOOOO MANY Models for
PT Labelers.
PT Labelers.
(1) Have one with the Basics
like the BROTHER PT-65 WITH TZe TAPE and a BACK LITE.

(2) Have a middle grade with More Fonts, Sizes and settings, a Limited amount of options, and Symbols,
and offer Connectivity.

(3) A HIGH END model with ALL the Features.
ALL Models NEED a DISPLAY like the PT-D610-BT
WITH a BACK LIGHT,
A Permanent BACK UP BATTERY for Settings and
SAVED Labels, TZe TAPE is a must,
and a GOOD Set of Directions.

SAVED Labels, TZe TAPE is a must,
and a GOOD Set of Directions.
The Instructions/Directions are "AWFUL".

I Bought ALL three,
the BROTHER PT-D-220,
the BROTHER PT-D460-BT
and finally the BROTHER PT-D610-BT

The 220 Display was ONLY readable with a Flash Light
Instructions say is can be adjusted to (5) FIVE different Brightness’s.

I tried ALL (5) Positions, NO Change
BROTHER tech Dept also tried adjusting the LCD Brightness
They said their 220 did NOT change either.
Need to be changed to the SAME Display as the PT-D-610-BT
and use (6) AA Batteries.
It has ONLY (3 Font) SIZES. Specifications say it has (5 SIZES)

I have your PT-65 which I have had for YEARS.
My OLD LCD "Display" is Much better than the PT-D-220
Decided to get a new one because of the TZe TAPE

The Old tape became almost impossible to separate the Label from the Backing.
Thought maybe my Tape was old, so I bought a BRAND NEW Roll from BROTHER.
No better than the Tape I had.

Great label maker better than previous models, wish Brother had more templets one could download for free or have them in set for a field (Mechanics, Engineering) even if it cost a small fee. And I like what Brother has done with the P-touch editor 6.3.1.0 software much cleaner look then Version 5.

I absolutely love this label printer. It is easy to use and self adjustable. I love how you can insert any label cartridge and the printer automatically adjusts to to correct size and function. I wish there was a master class on utilizing all of it's capabilities.

Make labels from my smart phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m constantly needing to make labels for my studio. I can’t rave enough about this label maker. It accommodates 1/8” to 1” labels. The color display is a nice feature. I do a lot of reprints so I love that it can store 99 labels. Not only that, you have access to 155 label templates, 17 fonts and 900 symbols. It’s lightweight at 2.2 lbs and works with a computer or Bluetooth smart phone. I love it and can’t wait to label everything!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be the the most high tech label maker I've ever used. It connects to your computer and will print from it. It's faster than any label maker I've used. It also cuts automatically which is a plus. Now I will say it did take me a little while to figure everything out but the instructions were very helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!
