Faulty metal plate. No alternatives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great microwave however the black metal plate is sparking at the wheels and the fitted bottom that meets the turner. It has been on backorder forever and frigidaire doesn't have a cross referenced glass plate the will fit and work w/ the turn table. At least one that they can id. Has anyone found a glass alternative that will spin?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We couldn't be more pleased with this speed microwave. It is much quieter than our old unit, and very handsome. It has all the functionally and style you could want. We replaced our old built in microwave, and this one was just about an inch taller. I cut the top of the cabinet and swapped out the 15 amp receptacle for a 20 amp (on a 20 amp breaker) and we were good to go! Matches the wall oven very nicely.
