Fire Hazard

Shortly after install of our Frigidaire Professional microwave it began to have sparking from the turntable. I swapped it with another turntable of the same type (previous one ordered was damaged in shipment but we had the turntable) thinking it was an isolated incident, I was wrong. We had a paper towel on the on the ceramic plate and it caught fire from the sparks. I have been using microwave repair paint on the wheels which temporarily stops the sparking. Frigidaire needs to recall these turntables and provide replacements, not charge us $200 + for an issue they knew about.

Really nice microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thrilled we went with the drop down door microwave vs the drawer. Highly recommend this one. Do many functions, sharp looking, really functional. Can’t speak to how it will hold up but so far very happy with our purchase. Bought strictly based on reviews, never saw it in person, and no regrets.
