This microwave replaced an OTR microwave that we had previously. We are super pleased with the features and performance of this microwave. Powerful and easy to use.

Sleek and reliable

I bought this last month to replace a similar speed oven (Bosch) that gave us nothing but problems, which seem to have been known but never dealt with by the company. This Frigidaire was the only one that would fit the size we needed to replace the old one in the cabinet. So far, it has worked well with no issues and looks great next to the other brand's fridge. The price point was also much better. I read reviews on this microwave and it seems that it doesn't have the issues that Bosch has had with their speed ovens. I think eventually, we will switch to this brand as time goes on, but time will tell. But love it so far!

Great microwave!

Saw this appliance in another family members home, and when we did our renovation and came time to replacing out microwave; we really wanted to but the same one because of the multi functions, how quickly it heats up and the the over look of the appliance. 10 out of 10!

I’ve had the microwave for three weeks now and am still getting familiar with its features. So far, it’s been good, but I’ve noticed it tends to get dirtier than traditional models. If you have kids, be especially cautious with the pull-down door; it doesn’t lock, so anyone can open it during operation. On the bright side, it does stop heating immediately if the door is opened.

Extremely Dissatisfied!

I bought this two years ago and I also had problems with the wheels sparking under the plate, causing it to shut down. How do we replace the wheels?
Also, now it has decided to start randomly shutting all the way off, screen and everything. Completely resets.
AND, when the timer goes it appears to keep running inside. Why? Is this safe? It makes me nervous to open it when I can hear it is still running something inside.

Excellent dual feature unit

Impractical door design

I love everything about this unit, but the bottom hinge door is horrid. We installed the unit above the wall oven and dropped everything as low as possible because I am only 5'3"
I can barely reach in to pull food out, and have to use a cloth and tongs to wipe the inside of the microwave. Even standing on a stool, I cant reach the back because the door is in the way. A side opening door would be a much better design.
