This product is a must! Not only do you have a griddle and a griddle box, but you also have a burner that you can utilize when out and about for all those tailgating needs! This will definitely get used as football season is right around the corner

This is my first BLACKSTONE product. I have heard how great BLACKSTONE products are. Well, unfortunately, at this point I cannot say that I agree.
Attempting to assemble my unit which is a 3-in-1 tailgater, I have been going around in circles trying to figure out a issue and have finally concluded that the part that I'm looking to connect my "shock absorber" on is not made correctly as there is no place to connect one end of the shocking absorber.
I'm having to try to communicate with Blackstone but there is no contact phone number. I can only send emails. Bad form! Not good at all on the lousy quality control issue and no immediate means of contacting them.
Furthermore, the missing or replacement parts all show with prices. Obviously a cost does not apply in my case but it just seems insulting that due to their error in making the part, assembling the part, and failing to catch it during quality control is not at the level that I would have expected.
