Out of box dented

I love my in-law’s Blackstone so I purchased my own. The box was obviously mishandled and there are a few dents on the Blackstone that I discovered after finishing assembly. Disappointing for a product that is pricey.

Picked up the on the go black stone from fort pierce (camping world). Great packaging, started right right away when I got home to assemble, got to the shock bar and it’s seized. It wouldn’t move up and down for the support legs to sit properly.
