Assembly process needs improvement

Extremely frustrating when the assembly process requires the removal of pre-installed screws/bolts that were installed so tightly and stripped that it was impossible to remove.

Two-in-one works nicely. Seasoning the griddle needs expert advice but is then straight forward.
Blackstone may want to consider adding a cover, as buying third party is difficult, due to the unique shape of this unit.
