Like the design. Assembly instructions need improved. The griddle didn't fit in the tabs but I made adjustments to make it work.

Made difficult as a result of threads not being clean and clear of slag. Two screws would not go in completely and were not cross threaded.

No lid and grease drip pan.

Need to make the lid where it will open and shut. And the grease drip I just don't like because I can't remember to turn it around when I use it. Then after you start it is to hot to move. Possibly starting a grease fire in the future.

Fathers Day gift

Got a Backstone as a gift for my camper, give it a 3 star for assembling a for no instructions in box, 5 star because of the name and reputation the drip pan for left side 1 star doesn’t alone to where the drippings or grease will go into disposable pan. Just put it together 5/17/25 in time for the Memorial Day weekend holiday
