Lower shock Bracket troublesome

Great product. Love the portability. The lower shock bracket gave us a hard time for install. Definitely would purchase again and/or recommend to others.

I’ve assembled many items in my life, and this was by far the worst. The instructions are incorrect in several areas, and many of the steel components are warped and don’t align properly due to shoddy tack welding and poor manufacturing. After I worked my way through all that, it works great. Still glad I purchased it, but the assembly exposed the Blackstone brand to be a lesser quality than I expected for the price.

Great grill. Assembly has problems

As carful as I was I cross threaded 5 screws. I had to run a tap through the threads to make them work. When I put the right side grill on only three holes lined up for the feet. The right upper hole was bent. I tried to straighten it out. Didn’t work. All I did was mar the paint. The grill does not set evenly. It tilts because it’s not flat.
This is my 3rd Blackstone grill and I expected better.
