Seasoning, the griddle was really easy. It came with good instructions. I used the the Blackstone seasoning oil. I watched a few YouTube cooking videos before I started and they were very helpful with things like using the proper heat, the proper oil and cleaning. No negative so far, but I've only owned it for 2 days. If it continues to perform and hold up, I would give it 5 stars.

Paint is already lifting off of the back of the grill. Only had it out for one season. Not sure it's worth the money.
