Quality control issues dampened the experience

Both the griddle box and grill box were damaged and it appears it most likely occurred prior to packaging. The griddle lid is creased and bent in two places causing it to be ill fitted and rub the lid of the grill box.
The grill box edges on the inside of the box are all rubbed to raw metal from the grill grates moving around in shipment

Assembled in 2 hours including unboxing. Fairly easy to assemble. Seems to be built solid. If it’s anything like my other blackstone products it should be a great addition

Well made and versatile product

So far I’m satisfied with this griddle/grill. I previously owned a tailgate grill that is smaller but the construction was poor. This one feels and looks of much better quality. Something I’ve noticed in this short time using it is that the gas line is short. Currently I have it hooked to a 20lb gas tank sitting on the floor. It is a bit tight. Otherwise I’m liking everything.
