Convenient idea

Have not used yet but can say putting together was a bit time consuming. Directions not the best. Pictures did not give full details of how parts connected. It sure is heavy! Not sure we will be using it on the go remotely but love this idea of dual cook tops!

Need a cover

Assembly was easy. The instructions for assembling the handles could use some clarification. Step 12 (pg 11) states to use (2) M6x12 bolts to assemble the side shelf handle. There are only 4 provided. Step 19 (pg 13) instructs use of four hexagon bolts to attach the side shelf to the left side. There were only 2 bolts available after step 12. However, I had 2 M6x12 screws available. I think the instructions meant to state is 2 M6x12 screws on page 11 and not bolts. I swapped the bolts from page 11 with the screws and used the four bolts finish step 19.

I've enjoyed the flattop portion of the Tailgater almost every single day since I bought it. You can cook almost anything on here with ease and easy clean up. Will be enjoying this grill/griddle combo for a long time!

We bought the grill and griddle combo because we wanted something that would offer us different cooking options. The quality and sturdiness of the grill its a great pro for us, the only downside is that it’s quite heavy. It also converts into a stand up storing position which saves a lot of space in our garage, but I will say that if you’re planning to travel with it it takes a lot of space, roughly about 5’ which is something to consider. Nonetheless, we are very satisfied with our new grill.
